1. Providing leadership in the development of the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic Financial objectives
2. Take hands-on lead in developing, implementing, and monitoring a comprehensive cost system with cash management.
3. Engagement with bankers for financial closure and project financing
4. Evaluating and advising on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies, and regulatory action
5. Providing executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities
6. Ensuring that effective internal controls are in place and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and applicable federal, state, and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.
