The Business Controller oversees financial activities, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis in the manufacturing industry. Responsible for financial planning, cost control, variance analysis, and providing strategic insights to optimize operations. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive profitability, efficiency, and sustainable growth initiatives.

Key Focus Areas:

1. Deals with Financial matters about Business units and analysis of financial risks & recommended effective financial solutions.
2. Establish and maintain financial reports and business plans.
3. Preparation & adherence to the budget
4. Preparation of balance sheet for various business units and ensure effectiveness.
5. Supervise accounts reconciliation, manage all commercial accounts, and update journal unit.
6. Month-end & quarterly closing of accounts.
7. Ensure to adhere to financial compliance.
